The Challenge
MediSecur had a lot of ambition regarding their commerce operations. With activities in three different markets, each with its own verticals, MediSecur wanted to manage different checkout processes efficiently, so as to remove confusion and improve the overall customer experience. Additionally, they needed a solution to set up customized access levels for different users, streamline product management, and organize orders based on the organization.
